Are your products 100% new and authentic?

Yes! All of our products are 100% new and authentic. We obtain our products from warehouse overstocks and closeouts, and other authorized wholesalers and suppliers.

Will I get a tracking number?

All U.S. shipments include a tracking number. The availability of tracking for other countries is not guaranteed. If you would like to request a tracking number, please contact us before placing your order.


Are all items packed in their original boxes?


No. Some items are packed in their original boxes, while others are not. If you are unsure about a certain product, please contact us to inquire.

Do your products have any defects?

We strive to pick products of top quality only, but some products are discounted because there are product defects. If this was the case, we would clearly describe the product condition in the product description.

Where are the products being shipped from?

All products are being shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

When will I receive my order?

This varies depending on your location. For Canadian and U.S. shipments, it typically takes anywhere from 4 to 10 business days to arrive. For international shipments, depending on the exact location, it could take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive.

Do you have a return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the items we sell, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

The item I want is out of stock. When will you replenish your stock?

Department stores and other retailers always have first priority when it comes to product orders. It is not uncommon that we carry limited quantities of your favorite products. This is why if you see a product you like, place an order now as there is no guarantee that the product will still be available the next time you return to our store. We will try to replenish products that are in high demand as soon as possible, if they are available. A lot of our products are limited edition or have been discontinued, which means once they are sold, they will not be restocked.

How do you decide which products to carry?

We conduct market research to identify products that are in high demand. If you have any product requests, please contact us here.

What if my package is damaged or lost?

We use protective packaging to minimize the chance of damage during the shipping process. Although the chance of a damaged or lost package is slim, please understand that as soon as the package is dropped off at the postal office, we have no control of the delivery of the package. Therefore, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
